Review: As an IE graduate I've first entered manufacturing and progressed to service management in the airlines, this is still the bible for my daily work reference. Topics cover enormous grounds useful in multi industries and yet each topic is given ample depth. Chapters are structured for easy reference and search. Even if you're not an IE, there is just so much you can use in the book.

Review: I got this book and now I can get fid of some papers I kep from school. I am confident and I can use this at work. Is great becasu it also includes examples of situations and gets to the application. In addition to this I want to rate Jeff cause I bought this used and it was NEWWWW! I pay 53 bucks less...

Review: It's got it all, and as big as it is, it should! IE's who really do industrial engineering should have access to one of these, unless you kept all of your textbooks from school. I'm an IE who went into sales for 12 years before doing engineering, so I would be lost without this book. Only problem is it's size.
