Summary: Great Book!
Review: this is perhaps one of the best marketing books I have ever read in my life. It is written in a very simple and clear language. I strongly recommend it to everybody thinking about really improving the service they give to their clients and the way business should be done.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Short, to the point and easy to remember.
Review: Beckwith teaches us a lesson in each chapter and then summarizes the "moral" of the story at the end of every section with a short sentence. I was at a meeting one day and found myself using one of his parables to express an idea I had. I was only halfway through the book, but was pleasantly surprised by how much I had already absorbed. A great book for both beginners, and seasoned marketers who need to remind themselves about the true values & meanings of marketing.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: A rich food for thought and an eye-opener for all marketers.
Review: What I liked the most about the book and found very helpful is the crispy, concise and memorable way in which the author summarized his point at the end of each chapter in 2 or 3 liners. Lines like "Act like a shark .... keep on moving" are sometimes very supportive in wining arguments with clients.

Summary: Just the book you need to read.
Review: I picked up this book at a motivational seminar where they were demonstrating the hot new software Neurosync, a behavior modification and goal oriented process. I read it this book first from a service marketing perspective. However, I found that Customer Service professionals, Service Sales and whoever actively involved or interested in service business would eventually benefit from this excellent book. I shared one of the book's concept of "Say P.M. Deliver A.M." with a team of customer service engineers recently and they loved the idea. This is the most important book I've read in my fast moving career.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: This is the best business book ever written, ever!
Review: No book will ever match up to this. The ideas are brilliant and easy to understand. Best book ever. Period.

Summary: Dale Carnegie would be proud.
Review: I thoroughly enjoyed this book. As a licensed financial consultant, I've regularly applied the principles of this book with great success. Additionally, I think this book should be required reading for any individual wishing to persue a career in sales or marketing.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: It's very hard to sell the invisible and this book's done it
Review: Harry Beckwith shows those without his years of experience and knowledge how to pay Attention. He teaches the "body language" of marketing.
