Rating: Summary: Overrated Book 15 Years Out of Date Review: This book is a good 10-15 years out of date. The author relies on far too many fudge factors which are frequently inconsistent with financial asset pricing theory. Likewise, all analysis techniques rely on static analysis and depend on fuzzy assumptions about discount rates instead of explicitly pricing all risks using stochastic processes under risk-neutral valuation.
Rating: Summary: not as clear as I'd hoped Review: This book is ok, but you might find "Unlocking the Value of Your Business" to easier to follow. On the other hand, if you want a highly technical treatise, look Tuller's book.
Rating: Summary: Super Review: This book, guide, reference, ... or what ever you name it. is essential for all business, financial and investment guides.
