Review: This is an excellent review over everthing PA school covers. Great for clinicals and applies to every rotation in phase II. Has a primary care emphasis to each part of medicine. It is put together in a learnable design. Has great explainations, summaries of the topics covered, and questions are designed as problem oriented like you would see in clinicals. Review: U ARE MISSING SOMETHING IF YOU ARE PREPARING FOR STEP TWO AND /OR STEP THREE..IF DONOT HAVE THIS BOOK..BECAUSE IT WILL BECOME A BOOK THAT U WILL NEVER PART WITH...ONLY DRAW BACK OF THIS BOOK THAT IT IS EXPPENSIVE...AND IT HAS THE BEST MATERIAL QUALITY TO THE PAGE RATIO..AND A DECENT PRICE TO PAGE RATIO.900 PAGES...I PERSONALLY WOULD RECOMMEND THIS BOOK.. ESPECIALLY TO IMG`S BECAUSE ANY WAY THEY WILL HAVE TO GIVE STEP THREE...SO BUY FOR STEP TWO...AND U WILL HAVE A GOOD HAND BEFORE STEP THREE...... [THE] USED 4TH EDITION IS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET BECAUSE NO ONE IS WILLING TO SELL IT...IF U ARE LUCK BUY IT...

Review: When i feel bored and i don't want to study, i just open this book to enjoy reading about any case and anwser its questions. The book contains sections for each clinical epeciality. Each clinical section (e.g psychiatry) contaions classical cases (e.g depression), and there are best-answer questions under each case. it's very enjoying way to understand clinical cases especially that the answers in this book are to the point, consise and comprehensive. Take it for your clinical rotaions or USMLE 2,3.
