Review: An excellent book for both the novice and experienced Restaurant owner. Extremely comprehensive and well written leaving little that is not covered in this field. Section on use of computers in Restaurant business is excellent, and informative. A must book for anyone associated with the Restaurant Business.

Summary: You will refer to this book frequently!
Review: Frankly, this could have been called "The Restaurant Managers Bible". It is a very serious book that covers the entire scope of excellent restaurant management practices. The chapters are very well written and essentially, self-contained. Some chapters alone, are worth the price of the book!

You really treat yourself to a tremendous education in restaurant operations when you obtain this handbook. If you are involved in the business, pick up a copy and keep it very close at hand. You will refer to it frequently!

Summary: Large Print and Weak Content
Review: I recieved this book anxiously, but soon became quickly disappointed with its extreme lack of content. It could have just as easily been published in 30 pages of novel sized text, because that's about all that's contained between it's large vinyl bound covers. There are less expensive books that tell you just as little as this one.

Review: No restaurant owner should contemplate opening his/her doors without first purchasing and reading this book. It is highly comprehensive while also being extremely user friendly. There is literally nothing a restaurant owner could want or need to know that is not included. The directory is fantastic, as well. I highly recommend this valuable, money-making book!
