I have been fortunate to have Gary on the radio every day as a reminder and inspiration of how I can improve the quality of my life. He is not providing quick-fix solutions; this involves major lifestyle changes and you have to do the work. I encourage everyone to read all of Gary's books to complement his radio program and website. Also, keep an open mind and understand that anyone who takes on the meat and dairy industries and the medical establishment is bound to make a few enemies!
