Summary: Ronald Mcnasty
Review: Eric Schlosser did an excellent job exposing the food industry. He tells us about the conditions in which slaughter house workers are treated and the conditions they work in. The most eye opening part in the book is when a guy from Taco Bell says a lot of things drop on the floor and all they do is pick it up and serve it.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: The utterly Fascinating and knowledgeable
Review: Scholosser gets very deep into the book about talking about fast foods. He's not telling to stop eating it just be open minded and make sure what is in your food.

Summary: Fast Food Nation-Too Fast for America?
Review: "Fast Food Nation" is an insightful journalistic work that reveals the gruesome details behind the happy meals and salty french fries that have become a trademark of corporate America. Eric Schlosser does an amazing job of portraying such a reality, while empathizing with those rare unfortunate victims who were caught in the exploitation and market competition. It's a shocking book, but I feel that most Americans will still succumb to the greasy, fat-inducing hamburgers and live the healthy lifestyle of obesity! For those of us more aware of the limitations of eating fast food, this book is a blessing.

Summary: fat farm
Review: Schlosser fights for the common man. In this book he tells of the true nature of the fast food industy. After reading, fast food will never taste the same again. Schlosser will startle you and make you think about the food once consumed in blissful ignorance. Whoever eats fast food of any amount, is in for a rude awakening upon reading this book.

Summary: Fast Food-Too fast for American economy?
Review: Fast Food Nation is an insightful piece of work that shatters the myths behind a quintessential aspect of American culture. It is an interesting perspective, particularly because it comes from a journalistic eye and I thought Schlosser's sarcastic social commentary on the ways Americans view fast food was amazing. Despite the insight and shocking details, I feel that only those Americans who choose not to buy into corporate America will understand the significance of Schlosser's book; the rest will still succumb to greasy, calorie-inducing junk that pervades our society today.

Summary: Make a choice to NOT eat fast food
Review: After reading this book, I'm done eating out and especially at fast food joints. And I'm looking into buying free range chicken and beef from now on.

Summary: Fast Food Nation
Review: I thought that Fast Food Nation had a lot of good information about fast food resturants. We need to stay healthy.

Summary: Fast food Disgusting
Review: This book really opened my eyes to the world of fast food. frankly, at this point, i am seriously considering becoming a vegetarian. I would not suggest reading this book if you like eating your Big Macs, but if you really want to know what you're eating, this is the book that will make realize the awful standards that are used in the fast food industry. It is really fascinating how many similarities "Fast Food Nation" has to Upton Sinclair's "The Jungle" which was written about 90 years ago! Apparently, our nation has not figured out that we are eating teeribly. This book was excellent, and a great read.

Summary: Fast Food Nation
Review: This bbok made me seriously consider becoming a vegetarian. If you want to remain a meat-eater, I'd suggest not reading it. If, on the other hand, you like to be informed about the food you're eating at McDonald's and Burger King, you should read this very carefully. This book has some amazing similarities to Upton Sinclair's "The Jungle", and that was written in the early 20th century! Apparently, we haven't come too far. This book really opened my eyes to the world of fast food, and I'd suggest it to anyone who wants to be as informed as I have become.
