Rating: Summary: This is the book that made my pass! Review: The book is the entire test in an nutshell. After reading the other stuff to get the big picture, you only need this one to make sure you pass. ... I am sure anyone can use this book as the FINAL prepare before you go and pass the test. I know there are a lot of MCNE`s out there who need this exam to cover some of the CCR, I think you also need this book! ...
Rating: Summary: Proofreader Needed ! Review: The layout and content of this book is perfect for the individual who basically understands project management but wants to forego a more massive text to pass the IT Project+ exam. The frustrating thing is there are way too many errors in this guide. I found a number of individual questions where the answer key was just plain wrong. Not to mention that there are a few whole sections where every answer in the answer key is wrong. I guess someone changed around the sections but forgot to change the answer key. Since this is the main point of this concise guide, I cannot recommend it.
Rating: Summary: To the point! Review: This book helped me pass the IT Project+ exam. It's nice and short and gives lots of good sample questions.
Rating: Summary: Disappointed Review: This book is a good concise reference, but when you find 3 errors in the first 5 pages, you have to question if this is reliable study material. Publishers should have got better reviewers, especially for the test questions
Rating: Summary: Excellent! Review: This text summarizes exactly what you need to know in a logical and concise manner. You'll find Ms. Schwalbe presents each of the exam objecives in a rock solid manner without wasting your time making your sort through pages of overly simplistic "examples". Studying and retention are a breeze with this text and the degree of modularity she employes allows for easy targeting of exactly what you wish to focus on. No need to make end-notes here and you can throw out your highlighter. Each page is a summary within itself. The author also has very impressive credentials and experience.
Rating: Summary: Quick and Consicse Review: VERY quick overview of what you need. It's a helpful book, but I don't think it would be enough to pass the exam alone. Use it together with IT Project Management: On Track from Start to Finish and its a great combo.
