Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Another great book by Delmar
Review: Delmar learning has done it again with a superb study guide. This thing blows the rest of the Net + study guides out of the water.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: JUST PASSED
Review: I bought this book and used it to study for the exam. I have been working in the field for five years and used nothing else. I passed, and think if you have knoledge about networking this is the only book you need

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: Not good reading, poorly asked questions
Review: I bought this book to study for the Network+ exam, however I found the book hard to follow. When taking the practice tests at the end of each chapter, I felt I did not absorb enough to pass the tests. After reading this book, I went out and got Exam Cram 2 Netowrk+ and found it to be a much better book.

Summary: A must buy for those who want a Network+ certification!
Review: I give this book 5 stars! I've picked up quite a few certification books and this was one of those which didn't put me to sleep. I found it explained concepts fairly well, especially the IP address section, and many of the questions at the end of the chapter were taken straight from the exam as if it was written by Comptia themselves. Because it was only 288 pages I only needed 3 days to read through it, and passed the exam with no prior hands on Networking experience. A must buy if you want to quickly get your Network+ certification.

Summary: Recommended Reading
Review: The Network+ study guide from delmar is a fine book. It is loaded with information about general networking. It gets into DHCP, DNS, WINS, and IP addressing but it doesn't overload you with junk you don't need to know.

I recommend you pick this up as it is a great compliment to any Networking text.

Summary: Very good book but not enough.....
Review: This is my first book by which I prepared for Net+, this is really good book but not enough for studying. You will need 1 more book for complete preperation - Network+ Exam Cram 2, and plus make practice tests as much as you find. I made a lots of notes which helped to me for preparing.
I am none PC and Net specialist, and I got 753 out of 900. Remember Net+ is going to be changed in 2005, also check out www.comptia.org Objectives for 2002 and 2005.
Good Luck to everybody.
