Review: This book is truly a qaulity product becasue it nails what you need to know as concisley as possible without all the details you find in other books, Cisco's web site is vague on what a ccie candidate need to kow but this author clarifies this and even has some great tips on passing the lab as well, this book is quality all over it and helped m achived the first hurdle and the second hurdle is not far from my grasp becasue there is an increible lab as well, no book can help you prepapre 100 % but this book goes very close, I would rate this book with 6 stars if I could,

Review: This is an excellent book aimed at helping you pass the written exam, the sample ccie labs are triple A+ quality, really good book to help you pass and also has some great tips on ccie labs and how to pass them, some of those ambiguus questions are provided as examples and how to decode the Cisco answer is there also, the labs on their own are worth the entry price, really helpful guide, worth the small investment rather than attempting the Cisco exam on mulitple occassions.

Review: This is the best companion guide around for ccie lab and written examinations, I was impressed with frankness and detyails you need to know to pass, make sure you download the latest patch for the cd rom which includes a bonus book,...it really helped me fill in the gaps and not study loads of volumes of books to finally pass the written test, well written and edited by 4 other ccies (3 that work for the ccie team themselves one former) so it must be good,

Review: Worth the small investment, the cd is fantastic, I would rather pay a small fee compared to the number of exam retakes I usually need to pass Cisco exams, the author decodes the rather obscure objectives on cisco ccie web site,as usual, a really excellent and expert guide, nice book and great addition to my library of ciscopress books, bonus material on the cd and chapter 9 is worth the price alone, great sample ccie lab with full solutions,

Review: Yes, there are some typos and the cd does have some problems, but if you want to pass the CCIE Security written exam then buy this book. It provides concise coverage of the material you need to know.
I passed the exam a few days ago, thanks to having this book which I used for my final review.
