Review: This has to be the most basic, simply created collection of audio I've heard. If you are in the sixth grade and doing a report on "selling" then perhaps you may have the right choice here. If you are a pro and are looking for educational support to further your sales career, may I suggest you look to either Zig Ziglar for generic sales or "Cars and People: How to Put the Two Together" for automotive sales.
