Review: Hannity is a republican partisan who has no interest in honest discussion of issues. Judging from the reviewers on this site, neither do most of his readers. Intellegent discourse is not really promoted of fostered by screeds of the sort that Hannity, Coulter, and O'Reilly put out like clockwork- apparently whenever a house payment comes due. America has enough morons to keep this gold egg laying goose going, whether intellegent thought is published or not. Unfortunately, little intellegent thought is contained in this tome. San it at B. Daltons and return it to the fiction section where it belongs.

Summary: How can the left be right??
Review: Thank you Mr. Hannity for being the voice of reason and moral clarity and conviction in a time when the lefties are so out of touch with reality. It's a shame that the only qualification for being the democratic nomination for president is that you are exactly opposite of what President Bush stands for. I for one, am thankful that I get to keep more of my own hard earned money in my pocket, and that no terrorist act has been performed on American soil since September 11th. I feel sorry for the ones who vote for senator Kerry, as he stands for no issue in particular. I think the lefties should wait until he finishes debating himself before they elect him to another term of any office. But again I would like to thank you Mr. Hannity. Without you and people like you, ( Coulter, Boortz , Limbaugh, O'Reilly...etc) the truth would be buried under mountains of propaganda, and baseless , uneducated rhetoric. And btw...I did not have sexual relations with that woman....I let osama go....I pardoned all my cronies before I left office...I bombed thousands of serbians to take the heat off my impeachment...and I am thankful that George W. Bush will clean up the mess I am leaving him. -Bill Clinton

Summary: Nothing against conservatives but Hannity is no intellectual
Review: I strongly reccomend not buying this book. I read it and was deeply dissapointed. sean hannity makes a few intersting, if not derivitve points, but is unable to back them up, uses selective examples, and overall does not make a strong case for many of his points. If you're a republican, or a democrat, or a conservative, or a liberal, or a theist, or what have you, this bok is simple rhetoric. I would instead reccomend Pat Buchannan or anything from the Cato Institute for conservative ideology of this nature. One last point I'd like to make: A major problem with Hannity is his inability to understand basic political sciences. For example on his show he said socialism and Nazism were hand in hand, just because Nazism was short for "National Socialism." In truth these ideoliges are very, very different, and Sean Hannity only touts his ignorance of political science and history by claiming the two are equal. Please do not support someone like this, who only worsens the nature of political discourse in this country.

Summary: Liberals crack me up.
Review: Have you ever seen a group of people so hypocritical? Liberals love free speech as long as it supports their cause.
The libs that have given the negative reviews clearly have not read the book. But it's typical of how they do business - All fluff and no substance.
Sean Hannity is a true American hero. Thank God for people like him and for Fox News Channel so that there are actually opposing and fair viewpoints to the constant liberal spin in the major media outlets.
Hannity's book says it like it is. America is under attack. Evil does exist. However, the most dangerous of all things is the liberal mindset that doesn't believe we need to defeat this evil. Actually, I don't even think they believe that. They are contrarians and just go against President Bush at all costs.
Our current President is the bravest, most moral, and perhaps the best war time President we have ever had.

Summary: Great Book by a Great American
Review: It is obvious that the 1 star raters are liberals that have not even read the book, if they can even read. Sean Hannity did an excellent job with this book. I am a veteran, a REAL veteran not a pretend movon.org socialist that has tainted the rating system here at Amazon. Words cannot describe the breadth and depth of Hannity's writings. Quite simply, he is a great American. This is a MUST read for all!

Summary: Honest, thoughtful, and well written
Review: Hannity provides a degree of professionalism and insight not often seen in this world today. He makes statements of fact and history, without reducing himself to meager attacks on the liberal left in the manner with which they attack him. Historians, political activists, and the public at large will enjoy this book for what it is, regardless of agreement or disagreement. Hannity provides the truth as he sees it, based on fact. This reads like a well researched and thought out argument, whereas other authors, such as Michael Moore provide unsubstantiated falsehoods, which read like they were written for second graders. Way to go Sean Hannity!

Oh wait- I bet you are a free loading, living off the government liberal type who only has to sit home and collect checks. Summary: An excuse for liberalism
Review: Some people who vote for Democrats are honest. They selfishly wish to have the government steal money from other citizens, and give it to them. Those are a small minority. Another group, the leaders (Waters, Daschle, Kennedy, Clinton, Schumer, etc) are another story. While God does not allow us to know the hearts of other humans, we can offer an observation based on accumulated evidence. They certainly seem like nothing short of despicable liars, outrageous frauds, cunning, clever, informed, excellent actors. Now comes the great majority of Democrats. They actually do have an excuse. And many conservatives know what it is since so many of them were formerly liberals. It's called brainwashing. Growing up getting news from the likes of ABC, NBC and CBS, plus NPR provides little but a diet of journalist atrocities, naked omission of massive details, classic propaganda of the 1930's variety. Add in the liberal profession of public school teaching, and it all adds up to a significant voting block of individuals who sincerely help destroy their own freedoms and country. What a national disgrace are the first two groups, what a darn shame are those in the final group. Hopefully they will like children once again make their minds willing to receive instruction, de-programming in this case. It can be done through Sean's book or show, through numerous other recent offerings from Laura Ingraham, Ann Coulter and more. Better yet, grab an old copy of John Beatty's The Iron Curtain Over America. At the very least, try something. Go to media research center (no affiliation) to see documented the daily lies from the mainstream media. Become part of the solution, stop being part of the problem. For those who recall the true idealism of the 60's, that fight rages to this day. Only difference is the bad guys are now in the Democrat party. They were then also. But almost none had any idea at the time, and thus the lopsided majority of Democrats in congress in those years. More and more are waking up. You can join them. Don't wait forever. Sean's book is not perfect. It could be more chronological for one. Unlike the recent offering by Al Franken, however, at least it contains a plethora of facts and makes no attempt to manipulate the ones that are included. You can read this without worrying about being misled. That says a lot.

Summary: Really couldn't finish it.........
Review: Well.......I've heard him on the radio..and just couldn't believe he could be this "nasty" about people who care about others- but then again- con"serve"ative Republican
activists like Hannity really only serve the rich and corprate america anyway....I knew this- but wanted to give it a chance- I couldn't finish it...this guy is so out of touch with reality that it made me flinch to think that there are people out there who really believe the things he says.....and that's a shame...this country will never be truly "good" until we learn to be tolerant of others without prejudice.....This sadly, is a quality that Hannity does not embrace. And his facination, his "love affair" with a notion of Hillary Clinton and her "conspiracy" to take over america is sad indeed. I don't believe that he himself truly believes what he's saying- that he's just doing this for radio "ratings".....and book sales.
I wish him mercy when he meets his maker- for whatever reason- greed perhaps- he exploits "half-truths" to make himself richer by putting forth mis-information like this....My god have mercy on his reckless soul

Summary: Pretending to be Back from Iraq is a Disgrace
Review: I work at the local VA Hospital. I also have family and friends who have been in Afghanistan and Iraq. Folks. Do not believe the rants of MoveOn.org type bloggers who fake being U.S. Military posting on this board. It's disgusting and sad that these indotrinated college children would lie like this. This book is great. Continue to support our military. But this book. Vote Bush. Donate to the Freedom Alliance.
