Rating: Summary: Time For A New Edition Review: Miles Berger's magnum opus is one of those resources the serious scholar of Chicago history cannot do without. Alas, its out of print, and at the least should be be reprinted in paperback form. Hopefully, Mr. Berger will add a few new chapters in time for the 2nd edition to coincide with the Richard J. Daley Centennial in 2002.Perhaps Miles Berger will be able to include some of the new younger developers including Harold Lichterman, Peter Holsten, John Luce, Keith Giles and Allison Davis.
