Rating: ![2 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-2-0.gif) Summary: Tutuorial? Review: I read the first review and purchased the book. I do not think that this book is very helpful for a novice nor an Intermediate user. I was extremely surprised with the lack of quality and fundamentals in the book. The book is assuming a lot and has numerous problems with location of the information and the extremely poor quality screen shots. It is very difficult to follow and understand. It almost seems like it was written by a person not knows the information, but can't teach it. If you like a wordy book, with mistakes and extremely poor quality screen shots, this is the book for you. If not, shop around for another book.
Rating: ![4 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-4-0.gif) Summary: Good for a beginner Review: This book is good for a novice, say Beginner to Intermediate user. It does a thorough job of telling you how to go about an analysis step by step using the Integrated mode of Pro/MECHANICA and Pro/E Wildfire. If you are an ace at any other FEA tool, then you may not need any book to learn Pro/MECHANICA, its easy. If you have to do non-linear analysis, then this is neither the book nor is Pro/MECHANICA the right software to use.Overall, great book for beginners, may be the author should come with a "Part II" for the book to deal with advanced FEA issues.
