Summary: Fantastic Overview of Eastern Healing
Review: This book gives a brilliant overview of the healing traditions of China, India, Tibet and Japan. It's packed with info, practical tips and gorgeous illustrations and photos. It's really comprehensive and well researched but also easy to read. There are lots of practical things to try out for yourself from each of the traditions too. It's the first book that I've found that gives equal weight to these 4 traditions and helped me understand some of the links between them. I especially like the sections on Tibetan and Japanese medicine. I recommend it to anyone interested in Eastern healing.
