Rating: Summary: Get Smart! Review: It's rare that you find something calling itself "smart," and then it actually turns out to be that. But this handy guide gave me a lot more than I expected for the price. It's not for the rabid tri-athlete or the hyper-pumped gym rat. It's more for people like me, who have spent a lot more time sitting at the computer in recent years than they'd care to admit but who want to get in shape. If, like me, you don't know a stepper from a spinner; a "glute" from a "delt"; or the difference between a simple carbohydrate and a complex one, this book can tell you ... and without preaching! A really common-sense, comprehensive look at health and fitness without the jargon, wacky experimental concepts, or impossible-to-maintain regimens. I'd highly recommend it.Steve Richardson
