Rating: 5 stars
Summary: A must read for all parents!!
Review: I am the director of a family counseling program serving families with children that have severe behavior problems. When I read this book, I was convinced that Ms. Ellis has unlocked the key to 80%-90% of what's behind today's problem children. I have been working with these children for 10 years and when I read the book, many of the children/parents I have worked with were described perfectly in the various examples. If I could only force these families to read this book and act on it - many of these severe problems could be prevented or improved significantly. I had my staff read 1 chapter a week for discussion and they were equally excited. I have given away many, many of my own copies.
