Summary: this book wasn't right for me.
Review: I was looking for a step by step process, but this book isn't written that way. If you're looking for a step by step process..this isn't it. One thing I don't like about this book is that it's more like stories of the authors patients and also the author keep saying I will talk about something in chapter so and so, I talked about it in chapter so and so....sign of a bad self help book.

Summary: A wonderful and amazing book
Review: This book -- and a similar one by Joseph Ciarrochi called "The Doubting Disease" -- helped turn my life around when I was deep under with OCD. Now I am so much better, and I am forever grateful. If you have OCD then don't waste your life not reading this book.
