Review: My mother bought this for me to use for my daughter. I hated the thought of a "dieting" 10 year old, but this book helped to stress exercising and good alternative nibbling. Teaching not only my daughter but myself how to understand about nutritious meals. It explained how our body uses fats in such an understandable way. My daughter knows that she is feeling better eating a little differently than she has in the past with the added bonus of her parents feeling more active than we had in years.
