Review: This is the first nutrition book that tells me why. Why do I need to fight free radicals, why do I need to drink water, why do starchy or highly processed foods make me feel the way they do, why are blueberries and other foods so good for me. The information is a bit scientific yet easy to assimilate and I feel I can incorporate his principles into the way I fuel my body. I highly recommend it for those who are looking to increase energy, get a sleep better at night and just plain old take care of your body. I know it's my bible.
