Rating: Summary: An important book on ritual abuse Review: Valerie Sinasom is an english psychoanalyst who has worked with victims of ritual abuse. In this important anthology, she and the other authors have collected a lot of information about (satanist) ritual abuse. Most of the authors are psychologists and write from a psychological point of view, but there are other viewpoints as well. One of the best chapter's is probably journalist Tim Tates "Press, politics and paedophilia". He shows that the media instead of giving a balanced coverage all too often are engaging in one-sided campaigns against so called false accusations and avoid discussing evidence against those accused of ritual abuse. Out of darkness has many case histories and can be recommeded for everyone who want to know more about the terrifying subject.
