Review: As a work-at-home mom, I've often turned to the Mompreneurs for advice, tips, and the hand-holding needed to run my own business and take care of my family at the same time. Working at home isn't easy, and we who do it need all the help we can get. These authors really put it all into perspective and honestly face the pitfalls--and then give you the confidence to do it! A very valuable resource for anyone who wants to chuck the commute and make a home office!

Review: Cobe and Parlapiano infuse this book with their passion and inspirational ideas, motivating the reader to surmount any real and imaginary hurdles that may stand in the way to home business success. The authors explain all you need to know about starting and running a business, from tapping your talents and skills, to avoiding scams, writing a business plan, boosting your professional image, managing your time, networking, setting up a home office, and finding affordable child care. Unlike other work-from-home books, Mompreneurs really shows moms how to balance their business and family lives and come out winners! Loved all the success stories from real work-from-home moms.

Review: I think this is a wonderful book. The authors also have a newer book out and both books are great resources full of practical tips, and stories that are very inspiring. I would recommend both books to any mother who has a business or is thinking of starting a business.

Summary: A must have for all Mompreneurs! DadPreneurs, Entrepreneurs!
Review: Patricia and Ellen have created a gold mine of information. It is absolutely filled with essential information for entrepreneurs. Although geared to Moms this book is a must read for anyone starting a business! It is even worth reading as a refresher once your business is up and running! Thanks for all the help!

Review: This book was truly my inspiration for getting off my ... and starting my own public relations/event planning company. I had just graduated from college with a degree in Communications/PR and was working as a marketer when I realized I wanted to be the one deciding what to do with my life. I also couldn't bear only seeing my children for an hour before they went to bed.I picked this book up on a whim in the bookstore. After reading a tiny part, I knew I had to have it. Just a few months later I have my own business, and am working on my first paying project. This book showed me how to do it, and gave me the inspiration and support I needed.

Review: This is one of those books you pick up again and again from your bookshelf and use as a tool while starting and running your business. The information and advice given is top notch and really helped me when I needed guidelines for my at home business. Whether you are thinking about starting a business or already have one established Mompreneurs is a very valuable resource! I would recommend this book to men and women alike who are looking for useful and helpful guidelines in your business life. It's a very fun read to learn how others are doing it also!
