Summary: Excellent insight for parents
Review: Becoming a Mom was the most wonderful thing in my life and the most stressful time my husband and I had ever faced. These two women not only reminded us that we are not alone but encouraged us with valuable insights on keeping our marriage strong in the midst of the adventure of raising small children. (Mine are 2 and 4 mos!) I recommend this book to anyone!

Review: This book is very helpful for any married couple who is past the honeymoon stage, not just couples who also happen to be parents. I shared a lot of this book with childless couples as well as moms and dads. I would highly recommend this book as a great gift idea!

Summary: MOPS Lays an Egg
Review: Working through the content of this book is like pulling teeth. Every mention of the "marriage mobile" makes the analogy less believable. The helpful amount of material found here can be held in a thimble and is mostly quoted from more capable authors. The clipped quotes scattered throughout the book rarely, if ever, relate to the material into which they are sprinkled. I'm not sure if this is an editorial faux pas or belongs to the authors. The biggest disappointment is the "New Year's Eve" vignet featured in Chapter 4. Certainly the party attended was not hosted by Christian friends!....
My wife and I give this book a hefty two thumbs down!!!!!
