Review: Looking for help in managing my anger I found this book in the Library and found it to be so useful that I wanted to keep it permanently. Has lessons and techniques in recognizing and controlling anger, but, more importantly terrific insights in how we view and interact with others and how to live with life's reality not our childlike wishes. A very practical and insightful book that is helping me, at age 57, to grow up.
