Summary: 101 Nutrition Tips for People with Diabetes
Review: Found this book to be very basic. This book would only serve someone who had not read and did not know anything about diabetes. It would be good for a teen. Did not feel it was worth the money I paid.

Summary: Just diagnosed in Seattle
Review: I was just recently diagnosed with diabetes a month ago. One of the first things I did was head to the bookstore and library. This was the first book I purchased. It simply explains EVERYTHING I needed to know about the nutritional needs and concerns of a diabetic. It helped to make what I thought a complicated and scary situation a lot easier to understand. THANK YOU!

I have since purchased the "The Diabetes Carbohydrate and Fat Gram Guide" as well. I carry this book with me wherever I go.
