Review: At 47 years old I thought I was ready for the looney bin! Then I ran across this book and what relief I felt. After reading the first few pages of this book I realized I wasn't crazy I was just on an emotional roller coaster called severe PMS. Ms. Lush has given me insight into what I can do about my PMS.
