Review: I am myself a recovering batterer. I began my process of change well over ten years ago after attending a Duluth Model program at the Center for Nonviolence in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Previously I had attended two six month long Anger Management Programs conducted by PhD Psychologists and MSW's. Today I conduct a batterers program myself using the Duluth Model outlined and explained in this book. This program has changed my life.
