Summary: Not interesting...
Review: I guess I can tell you that all the book says is:
"Take care of your anger".

So you have it now and you do not need need to buy this book.

It is not really helpfull and has nothing interesting to say.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Overpriced, waste of paper. Some real insights though...
Review: I really like meditation books. Thats the way I like wisdom, in small doses. Some of my favorites are "Staying on the Path" by Wayne Dyer, and "Stillness Speaks" by Eckhart Tolle. Which brings me to this new book by Thich Nhat Hanh. This book, I feel, is wasteful in that it only puts one meditation on every other page, the idea being that you are only able to focus on one at a time. Nice idea, but not practical. The book is deceiving in that it looks large, but in fact is very short. If it was printed at 1 meditation per page, it would be half the size, 2 meditations per page- even smaller. That would have been ideal- a pocket meditation book, a lot of info squeezed into a little book, sold at a fraction of the cost. What you have here is (what seems like) a modest amount of info inflated to a full size book, just overpriced! Still, I like it. Thats why I'm giving it 4 stars, as it does contain some profound wisdom. If you decide to buy this book, look for a bargain. If you wait six months you might see remainders of this book at Borders or Barnes and Noble at a fraction of the original cost. Or you can get a used copy. Do not pay more than 10 dollars for this book!

Summary: Very insightful!
Review: This collection of aphorisms was my first introduction to the writings of Thich Nhat Hanh and I found the wisdom that he shares to be very profound. The book gave me a different and valuable new perspective on how to effectively deal with the complex emotions of anger and love, and I highly recommend this book.
