Review: I read this book as I was going through a major break-up in my life. We had not lived together nor were we married, but the words of comfort, the advice and the suggestions for how to deal with the anger and REJECTION were extremely helpful to me. I wanted to just continue on with hope that he would return; how stupid of me now I realize. I wanted to live on my old dream of just the two of us forever - and this book helped me to work toward letting go, focusing on healing and moving on in my life.
