Review: this is a very pragmatic and readable book that guides the reader through the issues s/he will encounter throughout the process of divorce, from seeking out a suitable attorney, to how to get through the damn thing in a way that is fair to you but not vindictive. It shows how to protect yourself with out baracuda teeth and how in fact swimming with the sharks might do more harm that good to financially, emotionally, to your kids, and may just protract the process. I highly reccomend this if you want to know what will happen, what you need to do, while avioding the self-detonating swirl of vengance.
