Summary: Perfect gift for Mother's Day, and for yourself too!
Review: Making Memories has so many great ideas and suggestions for making the mother-daughter relationship special. I bought this book to give to a friend for Mother's Day. After leafing through it, I had to buy another copy to keep for myself. I particularly like the section titled Heritage Skills --about imparting women's traditions through quilting, weaving, nature and wildcrafting. There's much more, though, to appeal to moms and daughters in Making Memories. The author, Joyce Marlow, has put her heart into this book, which is lovingly dedicated to her daughter. A book I know I'll treasure, year in and year out.
