Review: I found Planning Ahead for Pregnancy informative, supportive, and helpful. I wish that I hadn't waited until I wanted to try having a baby to read it. Dr. Cherry's advice is basic and sound, and not as overwhelming as some of the other nutrition books I've read. Give it a try if you can get your hands on it!
