Summary: An incredibly helpful little book for working mothers
Review: This little book was a lifesaver when I had my first child and wanted to continue breastfeeding after I went back to work. Basically, it is a no-nonsense, non-judgmental, how-to guide that tells you exactly what you need to use and do to pump and store breastmilk for times when you will be away from your baby. The book is not aimed only at mothers who work outside the home; it is also helpful for women who must be absent from their nursing infants for periods of time, for any reason. The author is a mother who has tried out most of what is in the book. Her information is clear, accurate and useful. She suggest products and gives contact information for manufacturers. I followed her instructions and was able to continue exclusively nursing my baby until introducing solid food at six months, in spite of a demanding full-time job. I never had to use or buy formula, for my child's entire first year of life. If you are going back to work and want to pump and store your milk for your baby, I highly recommend this book.
