Summary: Provides some good information but not very in-depth
Review: What information this book does have is very well-organized, clearcut, easy to understand. Not very unique information nor in depth. A decent introductory book but not good to have if you already have or plan on buying other good books on diabetes. Too many of what would have been helpful sections spend a page or two basically telling you to consult your insurance, your dietician or other sources--I'd say more than 1/3 of the book doesn't really contain information.
