Review: Excellent book that helps understanding of the "dysfunctional" family and will help many deal with the issues involved. This is very helpful to me and I will give copies to several relatives. this is an area of psychology tht was never addressed when I was in High School and College. Oddly the issues seem to revolve around addictions but there are many, many more dysfunctional families where chemical dependance isn't a factor but this book is very useful for them. The sad thing is that our popular culture treats them as being humerous and there is really nothing funny about the situation for those children caught in a dysfunctional family
