Summary: Couldn't do clinicals without it!
Review: I love this book. A lot of my fellow 2nd year nursing students bought it after they saw mine. My only complaint is that there is only pathology; no wellness or risk for diagnoses, like ineffective breastfeeding; it is only by diagnosis. It has come in very helpfully for care plans.
