Review: Once I read the book I tried to implement some of the suggestions. We had a definate difference on the number of times that our family was ill, as well as the duration and severity of illness. I recommended it to a nurse at work as a jumping off point for our staff to minimize office spread of illness. Very easy to read, so much so that I quickly read the book several times.
