Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Self-Care Now! works!
Review: Pauline Salvucci's great booklet cuts quickly to the point of why you don't self care, and gets you started taking care of yourself one step at a time.
It's very easy to read, absorb and use. You'll be surprised (as many others have).
Taking care of myself allowed me to give better care while understanding I have a life, too. Very exciting step!
This book is recommended for all members of the Well Spouse Foundation's "Wellness for Well Spouses" program, and it's also suggested for National Family Caregivers Association members.

George Hopper, former 37 year caregiver; former President of the Well Spouse Foundation and current Michigan NFCA representative
