Summary: A real page turner !
Review: The monkey box is probably the sweetest true love story i have read... made all the more sweet by the fact that it is a REAL story! The history, the love and the passion of the characters, the fear of war, the rigidness of the social customs all interplay into a wonderful story I would love to see made into a movie! Mr. Rodriquez brings his family back to life for us; we get to know their very thoughts and dreams; their hopes, their passions , their sorrows.... we feel all of their emotions as if they were were living and breathing here today.
