Review: This book is a scholarly review of the history of our Value System. It places our present Value System in perspective with the Values extant in the golden years of Socrates, Seneca and others and contrasts these with the Values at the Fall of the Roman Empire. The period represented by Nero seems to be a fair comparison to today. It offers some solutions to problems of our population as represented in the September 11, 2001, attack on America. The Book should be read by those serious about change in our current social system. It will be a good stimulator for group discussion.
