Review: As a health educator, I have been on the lookout for a suitable text for my younger and lower-literacy pregnant clients. This is it! What a great resource! It covers so much information, painlessly teaching the basics of pregnancy, nutrition, labor, birth, and breastfeeding. And it gently encourages the young women to accept responsibility for having a healthy, happy baby. This is definitely an inexpensive way to make my job easier--and the girls love it!

Review: This great new addition to my classromm really makes learning painless. Its Q and A format answers the girls' questions even before they know what to ask. It covers all the basics about pregnancy, birth, and early newborn care (what will I need? why I should breastfeed, etc.). I particularly appreciate it with my lower-literacy students. And it is the only workbook I've found that stands alone--I don't need to purchase any additional texts.
