Summary: Name Your Baby's Destiny
Review: Good book if you're not looking for names that are too out of the mainstream. It's quite interesting to take a look at how names can affect personality.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Excellent!
Review: I believe that names and personalities go together. This book is light, fun, informative and TRUE!! I wish there were more names and more explanations for some of the less popular names, but the content is very good and the tone is entertaining.

If you believe that names are connected to personality, buy this book and Pierre Le Rouzic's "Secret of Names" which is another excellent book.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Unique among baby name compendiums
Review: Name Your Baby's Destiny: Assisting Parents, Personnel Managers And Playwrights is unique among baby name compendiums as it matches first names with their genuinely connected personal characteristics, along with historical examples of famous people down through history that share the name. Of particular interest is the recording of all the variants to a particular name. Name Your Baby's Destiny is a novel and recommended addition to personal and community library baby name reference collections.

Rating: 1 stars
Summary: Terrible
Review: This book is terrible! No one appears to have edited this book. The book has poor grammar, typos, punctuation issues, disjointed phrasing, and inconsistencies. The introduction sounds like the author's personal rant detailing how he thinks parents should choose names.

The name information is poorly presented and useless. Common names have numerous and conflicting characteristics. Uncommon names have either no characteristics or just one (often repeated in different forms) drawn from the one historical figure with that name.

Summary: A Unique And Important Book For Every Expecting Parent
Review: This book successfully tells parents what they can expect their child's personal characteristics to be like, base on the name they pick for their child. The author backs up the book with a scientific discussion of why the link exists and give great advice on how to pick a name. I was impressed at the research and detail of analysis for the names and amazed at how accurate the book was for some of the people I know. The analysis on my name fit me to a T. It's a compelling book for any expecting parent and if a mother is going to get a book to help her name her child, I would recommend this one, since it has everything the others do plus something far more important.
