Review: I think that this book was very usefull both for me and my family.My mom really liked the book beacuse she wanted to lose weight and she did very quickly.The book has a couple of recepies and lots of information on the diet.The is diet great it is very easy and most of the food is good.I read the version in english first but decided to get the spanish version so my both my parents could try it.
