Summary: An introduction to the therapeutic value of story-telling.
Review: I used one of the stories in the book to help my daughter with bedwetting and she was cured in a week. I have always known (and used) the power of metaphors (stories) in my teaching and so it was a delight to find a book that specifically addressed storytelling for children. The examples he gives in the book are great! This is a practical book. It reviews the work of Bruno Bettelheim and Milton Eriksson (the world experts on the value of storytelling) but you don't have to know about them to make good use of the book.
