Review: This book gives specific recommendations on how to help your child adopt healthy lifestyles to prevent and treat obesity. At a time when the number of overweight children is greatly increasing, this book provides timely advice. The book is easy to read and is not full of medical jargon even though it is written by a medical doctor. The advice echoes what my pediatrician had recommended for my child, only that it is much more specific in its recommendations. I greatly recommend it to any parent battling with the difficult problem of childhood obesity.
