Summary: An Amazing Healer
Review: Amira C. Tame is truely an amazing healer, and her book illustrates a brilliant style and a series of techniques that have changed the lives of many. I had the pleasure to attend a few of her lectures that focused on theraputic activites and I was amazed at her enthusiasm, her extended research, and especially her creativity. Her activities are extremly cleaver, very appropriate, fun, but most importantly they are EFFECTIVE. I conversed with about half a dozen of nurses and caregivers in that lecture hall that shared with me stories of dramatic improvement and success. Her activities are multidimentional, improving not only stimulations of the brain, and memory, but also dissolving depression, increasing motivation, and even decreasing arthritis pain. Amira's C. Tame's book is extremly easy to follow, she even provides the reader with a chart in order to organize, and keep track of the patients records. I give Amira C. Tame FIVE STARS for creativity, extended research, organized format, and passion.

Review: My grandmother, a dear and a very special person to me suffers from Alzeimer's Disease, and to say "Healing The Wounds of Alzeimers Disease" is truly an amazing book, is definatly an understatement.
This book has really touched my life in a positive way, becuase of the incredible improvements I have seen with my grandmother by using the theraputic techniques and activites in the book.
I encourage everyone who has a loved one that suffers from this unfortunate disease to read this book because it offers the best non-drug theraputic activities that sincerely WORKS!!

Review: My grandpa was diagnosed with Alzheimer's a couple years ago. My family did not know what to expect or do. After reading many books trying to find an answer to this horrible disease, none where as AFFICIENT & INFORMATIONAL then this GREAT BOOK, "Healing The Wounds of Alzheimer's Disease". I want to thank the Author for writing such a wonderfull book. This book has helped my family so much. This book not only has all the information you need to know about the disease but also provides great activities for your loved one to build up self esteem & self confidence, it was unbeliveable how well it work for my Grandfather. If you have a Family member that is suffering from Alzheimer's, I strongly recomend you read this book. I Thank you again for writing such a great book

Summary: A Dead Person Speaks
Review: My name is Esther and I had permission to return from the heaven above, to present the true story about this book, which was written about me. This book was composed of my thoughts, my words, my images and the flagrant usage of my pictures and letters, which I have never consented for the author's use to publish. This author in her book professes to take credit for her autistic caregiving advise to other's from my disease. Her relationshoip with me was meaningless, for I spent very little time with her while I was suffering from my condition and it was due to my daughter's fervent daily companionship for 5yrs. at the nursing home's, that kept me alive during my 95th birthday, until I died. It's unfair when one writes about your life's story when you are dead and you are unable to refute their creditability. But I had to aware the publisher of this travesty and hopefully I could return to heaven in peace. Esther
