Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Highly recommended Review: As I am about to turn 50, I found this book very relevant to my life. No longer does the stereotype fit of grandparents sitting on their porches and rocking as the world passes by. (However, I have to admit that this sounds pretty good about now, and we did just buy a new rocker for our porch!). We mid-lifers have too many interests to move idly into our later years. Advanced medicine has given us not only more years, but also more productive years. I intend to keep working and learning new things as long as I am able. This book gave me ideas, direction, and inspiration. Both the present and the future are filled with possibilities!
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: THIS BOOK CAN HELP YOU MAKE IT HAPPEN !!! Review: I have read Martin's prior books and they all come together in Gourmet Aging. Chapter 8 about Gourmet Learning is brilliant and will open many new possibilities for a more abundant life whether you are planning for retirement or are retired. Gourmet Aging has inspiring stories and very helpful resources to help you find and then give more of your gifts. THIS BOOK CAN HELP YOU MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!I liked this book so much that I will soon be teaching a Gourmet Aging class and each participant will have their own copy.
