Review: I read this book cover to cover during my first time pregnancy and it gave me more information in one source than any other book I read...and I read quite a few. For example, this book has information on Lysteria, a bacteria recently discovered to cause miscarriage - there are new FDA warnings out there. I hadn't seen it any where else! This information may have saved my baby since I frequently eat the foods at risk. Any question I had - including how to get my 10 year old dog ready for my new baby's arrival - was in there! DON'T WASTE MONEY ON ANY OTHER BOOK! THIS ONE HAS IT ALL! Information is factual and not biased. It helped me make educated decisions about my pregnancy and care of my new baby and I WAS NOT SCARED AT ALL while giving birth - I knew what was happening!
