Get this book and find the best pediatric ophthalmologist (not an optometrist) in your area and your child will be in the best hands, an educated parent and a trained MD.

Review: This book is destined to be a "must have" for all parents. Easy to read & understand, Dr. Clark takes the mystery out of some of the common, and not so common, eye problems that your kids may have. I liked it so much that after I read it, I bought 2 more, as gifts for my sister & my sister-in-law!

Review: This book is fine if you are intersted in very basic imformation about eye care. If you child is experiencing problems do not let this be your only resource. My six year old was just diagnosed with amblyopia (lazy eye)and I have done a lot of research. This books gives some very bad and possibly dangerous advice about treating amblyopia with an eye patch. Please double check any of the advice this book provides before you start treating your child's eye problems.

Review: This is going to be the "What to Expect" book for eyecare for children. I just got it and it is so easy to read and understand. It truly is a handbook. Keep it handy. It'll probably tell you more (and more clearly) than your pediatrician! Maybe I'll get one for my pediatrician....
