Rating: Summary: Easy To Understand Review: Most books are filled with medical jargon, hard to pronounce words, and generally not written for the common, everyday type of person who suffers with Diabetes. Here the author talks about the disease, how to treat it to control it, and what types of life-changing habits need to be broken and new ones made. The book even outlines what types of exercise is good for us. I was told years ago that weight training is a taboo for diabetics... not so according to the book, and the author explains why. I wish that I read this book 10 years ago.
